Application Proceedure

  1. CLick on New Application from the left sidebar menu

  2. Fill and sumbit the Application Basic Biodata Form

  3. Print the completed Application Basic Biodata Form containing your Application Number

  4. Click proceed to payment and follow the payment proceedure to complete your Application Payment

  5. Fill and submit the Online Application Form

  6. Print the completed Application Form and submit a copy to the school admission unit
